immediate family sessions
Family sessions are a wonderful way to create an updated collection of photos of your favourites. We meet in a local park or garden where the kids can run and play and everyone can be themselves. I have some great suggestions of outdoor locations convenient to Whitehorse and Boroondara. A travel fee may be required for greater distances.
These sessions take 1 hour and are a relaxed affair, with me capturing life as it happens.
I'll make sure that we get photos of your kids together and individually and that both parents get in the picture too.
Direction is offered where required, but the focus remains on capturing the personality, authentic moments and interactions between you and your loved ones.
These sessions cost $395.
You will receive 25 edited images in both high resolution for printing and low resolution for sharing.
Additional photos are able to be purchased.

extended family/generational sessions
Extended family sessions have become very popular with my families over the last few years. There are many reasons why people choose an extended family session. It can be as simple as giving a thoughtful gift to a grandparent, to commemorate a milestone or to update photos of everyone and to ensure that everyone is included. Sometimes these sessions are booked because a loved one has limited time remaining with their family and they want to document this time together. They make an affordable gift when shared between other family members.
Whatever the reason, an extended family session is a great way to gather your people and record 'you', now.
We allow 1.5-2 hours for these sessions which typically take place in an outdoor location.
A travel fee may be required for greater distances.
Extended family or Generational sessions cost $600 for up to 3 family groups.
Additional groups can be added for $100 each.
You will receive in excess of 50 images including photos of everyone together, immediate family groups and combinations.
Edited images are delivered in both high resolution for printing and low resolution for sharing.
Additional photos are able to be purchased.

lifestyle sessions
Lifestyle sessions are perfect to capture your family or newborn. A lifestyle session involves me coming into a place that you love.
A place that is special to your family. It is often your home but it could also be a cafe where you always have breakfast on a weekend or a beach where you feel most connected. Don't be afraid of having photographs taken in your home if it is not 'perfect'. My home is not a display home either (believe me!), but I treasure the photos that we have taken there because it is where we are most comfortable. This is such a bonus with kids! We love looking back over time at what has changed and what stays the same and I promise that in a years time you will focus on this more than the things that you'd love to change now!
Over a couple of hours, I simply take photos as an observer of your life. Of your 'everyday'. Of the big and the small. I offer suggestions and direction if needed. The focus is on documenting and telling the story of your life and space as it is now and on capturing the connection in your family. My goal is to provide you with a collection of unique photographs that feature you and your loved ones, doing life in your natural habitat.

kinder, preschool and early childhood photography
These precious photos tell a story and document the here and now to be enjoyed in the future. I would love to provide this for the families of your kindergarten, playgroup or childcare centre.

I do not photograph one child at a time as a 'production line', but capture them throughout the session as they play in areas and with materials that they choose. Staff and families tell me that they appreciate this as it results in genuine photos and settled children.
Families are given access to a password protected gallery where images can be selected and ordered as digital files or prints.
The aim is for the ordering process to be as easy as possible for everyone, with photos being delivered to each family's home or direct to their inbox. No payments or paperwork for staff to manage! Photos are priced in such a way that everyone is able to afford a collection of images of their child.

celebrations- We spend so much time and effort planning a memorable party for our children or our friends and we want to be able to look back at photos to remember that time! Let me record the fun of the day so you will have more than a blurry snap or two taken on a smartphone when it's time to blow out the candles. ;) You don't have to worry about missing any of the fun... or activities!
